During the era of knowledge economy, technological innovation has become the key to survival and development, R&D teams play an important role in the process of technological innovation, they possess the most advanced technical knowledge, improve their knowledge system continuously and provide strong technical support and intellectual capital efficiently and quickly through tacit knowledge transfer, tacit knowledge transfer in R&D teams has become the important mean to enhance innovation capacit y of enterprises and maintain core competencies. Effective evaluation to their performance research, can make the team managers of R&D teams keep abreast of the completion of knowledge transfer and continuous improvement, promote R&D teams and enterprises to improve technological innovation ability and develop further. Therefore, the study of performance evaluation to ticit knowledge transfer in R&D teams has a strong theoretical and practical value.This article focus on the problem of performance evaluation of ticit knowledge transfer in R&D teams, the material tasks as follows:Firstly, this article takes some issues, like concept、categories、character of ticit knowledge and content、factors、the model of ticit knowledge transfer seriously. It put forward the researching issue、target、consent、method depending on the fundamental method.Secondly, based on the analysis of the theories of knowledge transfer, the relevant concepts of tacit knowledge transfer of R&D teams are defined, the process and model of tacit knowledge transfer are proposed,which lay a solid foundation for the performance evaluation system of tacit knowledge transfer in R&D teams.Thirdly, the paper uses the Balanced Score Card in tacit knowledge transfer performance evaluation,establishes performance evaluation indicators of tacit knowledge transfer in R&D teams, use the method of questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to improve performance evaluation system of tacit knowledge transfer in R&D teams. Fourthly, according to the characteristics of this indicator system, the paper uses the method of AHP and the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in the process of performance evaluation of ticit knowledge transfer in R&D teams,and on the basis of the evaluation indicator system,a relevant example is given, and demonstrates the application of this method.Finally, the paper gives the strategy to improve performance of tacit knowledge transfer in R&D teams from four levels of the Balanced Score Card.
