| Microfinance poverty alleviation loans project through three party bank, local government and non-governmental organizations,to provide loans to support as the link, and the technical training and market information services and other support services, to help farmers loans through the development of production, to improve the self developing ability, plays an important role in the improvement of low-income groups, welfare and income. In this paper, the Gansu Hui Autonomous Prefecture of Linxia Province Agricultural Bank as an example, based on the comparison of domestic and international microfinance development model, through the analysis of the development status of the Agricultural Bank microfinance in Linxia state and the existing problems, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the sustainable development of microfinance in Linxia. Through the analysis found that, Linxia Agricultural Bank credit scale and expanding the coverage, differences in microfinance area obviously, small loan risk is low, but the development of micro credit loan supply and demand contradiction still larger, the loan structure is not reasonable, micro credit organizations less problem loans the single channel. Based on the optimization of external environment, two aspects of sound internal operation mechanism put forward that consummate the credit system, increase investment in agricultural industry, clear the government agricultural development responsibilities, establish funds safeguard system, innovate surrounding the small loan product, intensify propaganda and training, simplify the small loan process, eliminate bad small financial institutions, promote national culture integration, carry out the microfinance, optimization of industrial structure, enhance the level of economic to realize the sustainable development countermeasures microfinance in Linxia. |
