Micro-credit in developing countries has been enormous development of the practice and exploration to help the poor finding a proven method since 1960's. It has changed way that the traditional anti-poverty projects mainly relying on on donor funding and the state's financial situation, find an innovative mode of operating the credit to achieve the standardization of the Poverty Reduction Project, and achieve sustainable development. China is a large proportion of agriculture in the developing countries, there is a clear gap between urban and rural areas. Balancing the urban and rural areas, developing the rural economy, increasing the income of peasants is the main objective of China's economic construction. In the past 20 years, to learn from outside, we have achieved greater success through the promotion of micro-finance development in China. However, due to lack of experience, there are also a lot of problems. This paper delimits the micro-credit under the background of vigorously developing rural finance in China. The article also finds out the main problems in developing micro-credit in our country by analyzing the success stories in foreign countries and concluding and studying our own cases, in order to find a way to fit the actual situation of China's micro-credit for sustainable development.The full test is divided into seven chapters. Chapter one expounds the aim and significance of the article, analyzing the current development trend of micro-credit and what need to improve the current areas of research. Chapter two introduced the concept of micro-credit and the related theoretical basis. Chapter three introduced some successful institutions of micro-credit such as the Grameen bank of Bangladesh and Bank Rakya Indonesia. Chapter four analyzed the overall supply and demand of funds and makes a comparison of farmers in different regions in China according to scientific and detailed statistical data on China's rural areas. Chapter five found four different kinds of micro-credit institutions to compare and analyses. Chapter sis based on the previous analysis, find out the current problems in micro-credit in China, from the sustainability of microfinance and the promotion of rural economic development, find inadequacies and the solutions. At last, we conclude the all paper and prospect the future of micro-credit in our country.
