In the construction industry of our country, the private real estate enterprise hasgenerated, the bidding of the private real estate enterprise as a new thing, has played apositive role in the construction industry, and the trend of its’ proportion is bigger andbigger。But in the process of its’development, there is no specification in the bidding ofthe private real estate enterpriseã€it need quantitative evaluation of the biddingã€theallocation of system resources scheduling problem, and need us to solve these problemsas soon as possible。The mode and documentation of the bidding in the private real estate enterprise inour country are studied in this thesis, establishing the mode and documentation of thebidding in the private real estate enterprise suitable for the China’s national conditions;in this study, using the analytic hierarchy process(or the fuzzy sorting method) torealize quantitative evaluation of the bidding, to realize the decision on more targets andsolutions; in the process of the bidding in the private real estate enterprise, oftenencounter the selection of the equipment in the system of the production are veryexcellent, but the production efficiency is not high, not ideal,when the production lineis running。It often appear that a small horse draws a big car, make the productioncapacity not get full play; or appear that a big horse draws a small car, make the processequipment not get full play to their potential。The reason, the process equipment in theproduction line can not form a complete set, affect the production efficiency。In order tomake the production capacity get full play to the production line, maximum play thepotential of the process equipment, should slove the problems of the process equipmentin the production line forming a complete set, make the process equipment in theproduction line coordinateã€smooth and efficient operation, maximize the productionefficiency, realize the optimal configurationg of the process equipment。Based on thetheory and method of systems engineering and solved the problem of the optimalconfigurationg of the process equipment in bidding by the engineering project, realizethe optimal configurationg of the system resources。 This research is of greatsignificance and economic value, as a innovative research work。... |
