The Development Of Study On The Transformation Of City Development Zone

The re-development of built-up area in the development zone is an important pathfor promoting the intensive use of urban space and low–carbon city construction. Withthe background of restructuring development of development zones and the perspectivefrom re-development experience in the east coast of China, we find that the industrialoptimization and upgrading, functional transformation and integration, space intensiveuse and reuse of buildings are all effective ways in the transformation and integration ofChongchuan Economic Development Zone. Furthermore, we have made a brief analysison the developing mechanism and strategies above.This thesis includes three parts. The first part mainly expatiates on developingstatus of Chongchuan Development Zone and raises practice basis by takingChongchuan Development Zone as example and combining to investigation andanalysis. The second part mainly expatiates on facing problems of Nantong ChongchuanDevelopment Zone by analyzing Nantong Chongchuan Development Zone’s status. Thethird part mainly expatiates on countermeasure study on how to push transformationand upgrading of Nantong Chongchuan Development Zone based on these problems.Countermeasure about transformation and upgrading of urban Development Zonemainly is related to industry development mode, management mode, innovation modeand investment promotion mode, etc. And finally summarizing study ways abouttransformation and upgrading path of Development Zone are raised.
