Yangling Agricultural Hi-tech Industries Demonstration Zone(Yangling Demonstration Zone for short)always regards it as the goal of development to form agreement of Urban and rural policy,integration of planning and construction,equal public service,considerable income levels,construction of Shaanxi and even arid and semi-arid areas to co-ordinate the development of benchmarking demonstration area.To explore the appropriate urban-rural integration development path suitable for the region's conditions is tried all the time.This paper is based on problems and contradictions to analysis of the emergence and evolution of the dualistic structure in China's urban-rural areas and rural-urban integration.With the experience of urban-rural integration development at home and abroad,Yangling demonstration case and statistics are closely integrated.The status quo and the existing problems of the integration development of Yangling demonstration area are analyzed in the paper.Qualitative investigations are the main research methods combining Marx's dialectical materialism and economics theory and supplemented by empirical analysis and theoretical research.That Yangling urban and rural integration development ideas and models is proposed in the summary and policy recommendations are put forward for the implementation.The paper mainly include five aspects: 1.Connotation of urban and rural integration,including analysis of the origin of dualistic structure in urban and rural areas and origin and development of the concept of urban and rural integration.2.Current situation and problems of urban-rural integration in Yangling demonstration area,including development process,current situation and existing problems.3.Experience and Enlightenment of integration of urban and rural development at home and abroad.With the analsis of development process of urban and rural integration at home and abroad and stages,enlightenment of the integration of urban and rural development in Yangling demonstration area is proposed.4.Strategic choice of urban and rural integration development in Yangling demonstration area,including development goal,general train of thought,development model and so on.5.Countermeasures of integration of urban and rural areas in Yangling demonstration area,including ways and suggestions to implement economic integration,social integration and space integration.The innovation of this paper lies in that successful experience and enlightenment to the construction of urban and rural integration in Yangling demonstration area is explored with analysis and research on the case of urban and rural integration in foreign countries.Working methods are supplied with interpretation of the development stages of urban and rural integration in China.Strategy of urban-rural integration construction and development in Yangling demonstration area is studied and new ways are proposed.“University + cooperative”as the core mode is proposed,which means with the involement of government,science,urban-rural and farmers,the comprehensive development of cooperatives is guided,the industry to focus on the park promoted,farmers to focus on the central community guided,to form integration of land to large-scale business concentration.In order to realize the integration of urban and rural economy,urban and rural social integration and integration of urban and rural space as the leading strategy,explore the new path of China's urban and rural integration,and ultimately solve the "three rural issues".The formation of urban and rural mutual promotion mechanism are forming,driven by urban and rural economic,social,spatial and management of the comprehensive interaction,which promote urban and rural integration.
