At present, China is in the business community to accelerate the developmentperiod, however, with increasing social and economic development of people’sincome, and community commercial construction stage residence revealed variousproblems and shortcomings. Meanwhile, the lack of community business theory andguidance in the planning and architectural design, specification and indicators relatedto the business community is unclear or insufficient refinement. And with the level oftechnology at this stage, information technology continues to improve, theapplication of network technology more widely. In this context, how the use ofnetwork technology, information technology, communications technology and othermeans to optimize the intelligence community business community is a major trend inbusiness development, but also the entire community into a trend intelligencecommunityThis article explores the residential community on issues related to commercialbuildings in the smart city concept to the practical, economic, aesthetic designconcept, so that community business more wisdom. From community commercialscale, functional components, a variety of site selection, architectural space, styleand other aspects, to explore ways and means of design.In addition, the paper introduced to the concept of smart city planning designs,to explore the development trend of the future design methods become the highlightof this article.This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter, a brief background ofthe topic, purpose and meaning, the history of the development of domestic andinternational business community and national development status; chapterelaborates the concepts of wisdom of the city, at this stage smart City at home andabroad related programs and practices; Chapter III residential community commercialconstruction-related concepts, analyze the layout of community business, communitybusiness forms, layout methods and components; Chapter IV residential community business case analysis, how to better utilize the means to make smart city communitybusiness smarter; Chapter V conclusions summarize the paper and make evaluationsfor research methods and propose future research directions.In this paper, starting from the perspective of urban planning, the commercialpart of the reality of community living communities in a comprehensive study.Community business as part of the city’s commercial system, both bear the links withurban public space, promoting the vitality of community life; also bear themonotonous life of the community to improve and stimulate the enthusiasm ofresidents shopping, create a variety of commercial space and communication spaceneeds its own responsibility. Therefore, this research community expectations startingto specific planning strategies and business planning from the perspective of thewisdom of urban construction. At present, research on community commercial spaceis not a lot, but in the wisdom of urban construction is very weak, especially in the useof smart city-building approach to the study of the business community and evenfewer, Based on the smart city Research and Exploration in the community andbusiness, and strive to provide some useful methods and recommendations fordomestic commercial construction community, provide some reference for futuresmart city building.
