In July 4,2015, the State Council issued the "State Council on promoting'Internet plus'action guidance", which marks China's telecom operators to enter the operation era of" Internet plus". Because of the attributes of the group customer, they have become the key to increase revenue of operators. But due to historical reasons, compared with China Unicom and Telecom, China Mobile Telecom started late, and lacks the operating experience of fixed network, so it has obvious disadvantages in group customer market. The " Internet plus" is an opportunity as well as a challenge to China Mobile. If it could grasp opportunities, it would narrow the gap with its competitors, and become the key to improve the group customer market and double the amount of income.This paper takes Shandong mobile company J group as the research under the business transformation and the background of "Internet plus". Shandong mobile J company analyzes both the internal and external challenges that they are facing. This paper concludes as the following:firstly, the group business marketing ability is insufficient; secondly the basis of management ability is insufficient; thirdly, numerous standard products lack of personalized features; fourthly, the construction of " smart city" lacks experience and unable to meet the development of customer service in "Internet plus"In view of the above situation, this article puts forward countermeasures that will be adopted by Shandong mobile J group business and solutions through the analysis method of big data theory, relationship marketing theory and the theory of PEST model aiming at the current problems. Firstly, improving the quality of the personnel and enhancing the ability of staff members in marketing, allowing employees to develop confidence and lead the users into the communication scenarios. This will create the virtuous cycle of development. Secondly, strengthening relationship management of the group customer s and improving the service quality. The company should take the users'demand as dominant and make up for the deficiency the ability of the human resource and achieve the group customers'channels based on the actual situation of the group of customers in the province. Thirdly, through the thoroughly exploring the group customers'business needs, flexible combination of marketing information products, the company has o meet the needs of the groups customers' value added business and promote the core, tangible, additional products. Fourthly, through the deeply involved in the construction of "smart city", the company will try its best to penetrate its business into all areas of the group customers, and ultimately become the leader of "smart city".Through the research, this paper is expected to provide development advantages for Shandong mobile J company under the era "Internet plus", and to provide certain references on increasing the business operating income. At the same time, there is important reference significance for the transformation of development to other operators or relevant enterprises.
