Safety is one of the most basic needs of every person,and it is a key prerequisite to ensure the quality of life of every member of society.With the development of the economy,the social demand for security and intelligence has bred and derived the intelligent security market.IO company is determined to become the country and even the world’s first-class intelligent life service provider,is a platform research and development,consulting,design,construction operation and maintenance,marketing innovation in one,with intelligent life cycle service capabilities of high-tech enterprises.This paper takes IO’s smart community security business as the research object,and discusses the problems and optimization countermeasures in IO’s smart community security business marketing strategy at this stage.Based on scanning the macro and micro marketing environment,identifying the resources and capabilities owned by the enterprise,and gaining insight into the purchase behavior of target users,the current status quo and existing problems of the current marketing strategy of the business are systematically analyzed.Based on the above analysis,the STP target marketing strategy theory is used to clarify the market development direction of the business.At the same time,on the basis of the existing marketing strategy of the enterprise,combined with the user demand orientation,the optimization countermeasures for the marketing strategy of IO company’s smart community security business are proposed according to the 7P marketing mix theory.The purpose of this study is to provide advice for the sustainable development of IO’s smart community security business,in addition,may provide reference for the same industry enterprises in formulating or optimizing their own marketing strategy. |
