Emotional intelligence is the ability to control emotions, also known as emotional intelligence, respect their personal success, business management and education and training plays an increasingly important role.In this paper, based on various theories of china and foreign, through research and exploration, innovative put emotional intelligence into four major dimensions of self, others, cognitive and management. Corresponding to eight sub-dimensions: emotional self-awareness, emotional self-expression, emotional self-control and self emotion regulation; understanding the emotions of others, others emotional reasoning, emotions of others, others emotional regulation. This theory developed a test scale, in as much as possible to ensure a comprehensive basis to achieve substantial simple, convenient, easy to understand and implement results-based. Using this scale can be more accurate test of all dimensions to be tested by the overall level of emotional intelligence.Case Study by the application of emotional intelligence in business management strategy.The conclusion of the study is three key factors to improve the overall efficiency is:first, application of emotional intelligence tools is very important when recruitment of staff.By comparison emotional intelligence test report requirements and job responsibilities candidates can effectively achieve position fit and improve efficiency; Second, the emotional intelligence management of leader is very important, the make key decisions reasonable or to create a good cultural atmosphere can improve efficiency; Third, emotional intelligence management of the staff is very important, good communication and teamwork skills can effectively improve the efficiency.
