Fujian province is a province of the mountains and the sea provinces, mountain is rich in resources, which provides a broad development space for the development of agriculture, but the Fujian territory is mountainous, hilly many, known as the "eight Shan Tian water a" known, cultivated land resources are very limited, which makes the agricultural industry development by many of the the restrictions, which make the development of characteristic agriculture has become an effective way of agricultural development in Fujian. This paper selected is known as "9hill half water half minutes of cropland" in the city of Yongan Qing Shui Zu Xiang as the research object, characteristic agriculture development status of the Qing Shui Zu Xiang, the analysis of the development of characteristic agricultural industry background, significance, method, effect, experience, find out the main factors which restrict the characteristic agricultural development, in order to put forward feasible suggestions to promote the sustainable development of the characteristic agriculture.In this paper, by using the method of literature analysis, make full use of the school library, network and other relevant literature and data, through practical investigation method, using the resource endowment theory, location theory, sustainable development theory combined with the basic situation of Yongan characteristic agriculture development in Fujian province were condition analysis on characteristic agriculture. Self designed questionnaire, questionnaire of the object for Qing Shui Zu Xiang engaged in agricultural production is relatively concentrated population, mainly in the development of characteristic agriculture, the Long Wu three Xi and town location distribution, collection of Qing Shui Zu Xiang characteristic agriculture development and local farmers of characteristic agriculture is the understanding degree, also used the theory of industry cluster, growth pole theory and chart analysis theory and method of the study and analysis of the agricultural development of the whole characteristics.According to our study, Yu Xiang Qing Shui with the rapid development of characteristic agriculture, diversified types, gradually formed the scale and centralized distribution and other basic characteristics. The existence of the agricultural foundation remains weak, the poor level of industrial management, science and technology on the characteristics of agricultural contribution rate is low, commodity consciousness, resist risk ability is weak, agricultural costs increase, planting mode is single, single sales channels and so on several major factors restricting. Through this study is proposed by means of changing the traditional thinking, with new knowledge to promote the development of characteristic agriculture, strengthen information sharing, promote the circulation of agricultural products, high-tech level of logistics, enhance the characteristic agricultural development stamina, attention to cooperative organization development, exert the leading effect, improve the working mechanism to promote the development of proposals such as green water Yu Zu Xiang of characteristic agriculture in Yongan city.
