The Coupling Relationship Between Land Use Change And Mountain Agriculture Development Of Guizhou "Three Changes" Reform Pilot Area

The implementation of the rural "three changes" reform will make a great change in the rural land use.This change is bound to have an impact on the mountain characteristic agriculture in Guizhou.The development process of mountain characteristic agriculture will also accompany the change of land use,and have an important impact on the use of land resources.A comprehensive analysis of the changes in land use and the development of mountain agriculture in the "three changes" reform,a better grasp the coordination degree and development trend of them,will have a great significance to the sustainable development of agriculture in Guizhou.This paper takes Liupanshui,the "three changes" reform pilot area,as the research object,combined with the changes and characteristics of mountain agricultural development status and characteristics of land use in Guizhou "three changes" reform pilot area,through the construction of evaluation index system between land use change and mountain agriculture development coupling relationship,using the methods of literature research,qualitative and quantitative analysis,system analysis method,PEST analysis model,entropy method,coupling degree and coupling development model,comprehensively analysis the situation of land use change and mountain characteristic agricultural development in the past 2012-2016 years in Liupanshui.and the coupling relationship between them.The results show that:(1)With the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization,the overall trend of land change in Liupanshui shows that agricultural land and other land decreased and construction land increased year by year.The intensive use of land is increasing.The "three changes" reform take rural land resources of value,and improve the efficiency of land use.(2)The "three changes" reform and "3155 project" and other policy support is the basic driving force of mountain agricultural development.The rapid development of economy and the innovation of the financial policy provide sufficient funds for the development of mountainous characteristic agriculture,and the conditions of agriculture have been improved effectively.Improvement of traffic and logistics conditions expands the market for agricultural products.The combination of agriculture and tourism has created great economic and ecological benefits.The improvement of the mechanization level and the application of advanced research results improve the efficiency of agriculture.The development of Internet technology provides comprehensive information support and technical support for mountain characteristic agriculture.(3)The speed of land use change in Liupanshui is accelerating.Mountain characteristic agriculture is also in a stable and fast developing stage.The coupling degree between land use and mountain agriculture development is well,and the coupling development degree also shows a good trend.The two systems are closely related and balanced developing.The "three change" reform has changed the traditional way of land use,activated the rural resources and labor,promoted the transformation and upgrading of agriculture,provided convenient conditions for the development of mountain characteristic agriculture.(4)The coupling degree of the 4 counties(cities and districts)in Liupanshui is quite different,all of which are good coupling types,and the relationship between land use change and mountain characteristic agriculture is more coordinated.The coupling development degree of Zhongshan is the lowest,followed by Liuzhi and Shuicheng.The coupling development degree of Panzhou is the highest,The reason is that "three" reform carried out earlier and have more obvious effect.
