| Suburban leisure agriculture is a regional agricultural production and management system that permeates urban and rural economy,and has become an important strategic measure and effective way to coordinate urban and rural economic development and promote rural revitalization.The evaluation of the suburban leisure agriculture in Yong 'an City can promote the development of suburban leisure agriculture tourism and adjust the agricultural structure,and has certain reference value for the healthy and sustainable development of suburban leisure agriculture in other similar areas.This paper uses Data Envelop Analysis(DEA)to select 12 suburban leisure agriculture demonstration sites in Yongan City in 2017,constructs a DEA evaluation model of suburban leisure agriculture based on three input indicators and two output indicators,and makes an empirical analysis from the aspects of efficiency and scale income.The results show that the overall efficiency of the suburban leisure agriculture in Yong 'an City is low,and only 8 demonstration sites are effective in comprehensive technical efficiency.In terms of economic benefits,there are 5 demonstration sites at the effective level of comprehensive technical efficiency,5 demonstration sites at the low efficiency state of " excessive" investment in experience projects,and 1 demonstration site at the " excessive" investment in tourism elements.As far as social benefits are concerned,four demonstration sites are at the effective level of comprehensive technical efficiency,seven demonstration sites have put in " excess" of personnel,four demonstration sites have put in " excess" of experience projects,and one demonstration site has placed local employment in " deficit".In view of the problems of management scale,technical efficiency and management investment in the development efficiency of 12 demonstration sites,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the development efficiency of suburban leisure agriculture in Yong 'an city from the aspects of improving technical efficiency,improving scale efficiency and promoting social benefits. |
