The survey about happiness taken by CCTV in2012bring the "happiness" to the public eyes again. Widespread and intense discussion suddenly aroused in the community. With the maturing of social networks, more and more people share their feelings on the website. The happiness research about employees, which is based on the enterprise social networks, is taken in this article, using sentiment analysis, text analysis and network analysis technology. The main purpose of this research is to measure the affective well-being of employees and to analyze the correlation between demographic characteristics, structural characteristics of the network and the happiness.(1) Construct the measurement model of happiness, based on Ren-CECps. On the basis of literature research, this paper considers that the affective well-being of employees totally includes positive and negative emotional experiences. In this study, we abandoned the traditional measure of happiness (self-reported). With the help of Ren-CECps (each term contain8basic emotions), using sentiment analysis, text analysis and network analysis technology, we constructed the measurement model of happiness under the Chinese environment.(2) Using the set threshold, trial and error approach of Ren-CECps lexicon optimization. To make sense of happiness measurement model, showing a more pronounced volatility, this paper by setting a threshold value, and the emotional component of each thesaurus does not exceed the threshold vocabulary delete way for thesaurus for further screening. Eventually through trial and error, obtained when the threshold is0.4, enabling coverage and happiness volatility thesaurus to achieve the best balance.(3) Using this model, we measured the happiness of employees out of the team blog of China Mobile. After that we analyzed the correlation between demographic characteristics, structural characteristics of the network and the happiness and found out that there wasn’t direct correlation between the happiness level of employees and its position in the enterprise social network.
