Study On The Strategy Of Wuyi New Area Industry Investment

Since the establishment of northern Fujian Province, Wuyi new area has become the first large-scale, high specification, new city comprehensive implementation of construction projects. Wuyi new area is currently at an important period of great development and investment. New investment work to promote the development of Wuyi area has a vital role. Based on the importance of combining theory with practice, based on the sort of investment concepts, investment research status at home and abroad,this paper introduce the overview of Wuyi new area development, key industries and investment situation, put forward the need to strengthen the strategy of Wuyi new area industrial investment, and then through establish EFE, IFE matrix, analyze Wuyi new area industrial investment of internal factors and external environment, and on this basis, establish the SWOT matrix to analyze the four elements of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and then propose eight new industrial investment strategy alternatives. Finally, by constructing a matrix QSPM of Wuyi New area investment strategy to quantitatively evaluate alternatives, select the five most realistic solution. This paper by using a strategic management tool and through the research on "development strategy", propose specific and practical measures to provide ideas to strengthen the strategy of Wuyi New area industrial investment.
