| This article draws on regional economics, industry economics and development economics, as linkage mechanisms between the selection of leading industries and investment for the study. Base on domestic and foreign classical literature review, Combining with the development of some industrial parks in Jieyang, the article makes linkage mechanisms between the selection of leading industries and investment of industrial parks in Jieyang as cases to theoretically research and empirically analyse, and gives some targeted recommendations to the construction of the parks, hopes that can give others brother industrial parks with similar characteristics some references.First of all, the article respectively makes review of the industrial park and leading industries. On one hand, the article introduces the development history of the industrial park. On other hand, for clearing the definition of the leading industry, the article clarifies the relationship between the leading industries and pillar industries.Secondly, the article introduces the developmemt of the selection of leading industry and investment of the industrial park in Jieyang. In the light of systematic summarizing the leading Chinese and foreign scholars on the principles of leading industries selection, benchmarks of selection of the leading industries and the constraints, such as planning theory, and on this basis, the article makes own suggestions to the above-mentioned problems. On the other hand, by making literature review on the investment principle, the article discusses with leading industry-oriented investment promotion strategy from the necessity and attracting investment modalities of view.finally, with the theoretical groundwork, combining with specificity of industrial park such an economic vector, contacting cases that industrial parks in Jieyang how to select leading industry and invest, and analysis the problem that how these Industrial Parks to use the linkage mechanism between leading industry selection and investment to solving practical problems depending on the actual situation in order to promote industrial agglomeration and regional economic development. |
