Assessment Of B Company’s Capacity Of Processing Proiect G’s Application For Government Funding

For sustainable development of Chinese economy, our government encourages all kinds of companies to do more innovation and provides more and more financial aids to them at the same time. Therefore, we can see much more competition of the application of such financial support from the government for the research and development from than before. Under the current spotted capability of the project financial aids application, all of companies are eager to enhance their project application capability and the relative execution capability. So we feel it is important to do the responding research.The innovations of this research are as follows:1. In operation level, I carefully broke down the whole application,process of the project and used statistical analysis based on expert consultant and questionnaire ect. to obtain the possible elements which would likely affect the project quality. And I also used the FAHP to obtain some quantizable data in order to analyze some elements such as, project team leader, the team member capability and the project-execution-adjustment ability which would impact the project quality. The above work built a theory foundation to enhance the application quality.2. The objective analysis is applied to project team leader, the team member and the project-execution-adjustment ability and proposed a set of management measurement to improve the project application and in some extent solve the problem of cross-department cooperation and ambiguity of the power and the responsibility during the project application.3. Based on the FAHP, a method for the process evaluation is established, which provided a reference value for objective understand and evaluation of itself work capability during the project application. Also we can use this method to find and analyze these weakly parts, therefore, improve them accordingly.
