Studies On Project Management In The Application Of Scientific Research Institutions

A scientific research unit should have a clear direction and tasks, a certainlevel of academic leaders, a certain quantity and quality of researchers, basicconditions for the research and long-term systematically engaging in the researchand development. Scientific research project management is overall managementincludes project application, project demonstration, project implementation, projectinspection appraisal; project accepted evaluation, achievements declaration, scienceand technology popularization, and at last archiving. Its purpose includesimplementing institutionalization and scientization management in the scientificresearch project, guaranteeing the successful completion of the scientific researchplan, ensuring the achievements, talents, benefits and the competitiveness. With thedevelopment of economy, the modern enterprise increasingly can’t do without thescience and technology, the investment in scientific research and the requirements ofscientific research project are increasing.
