Study On The Strategies For Promoting The Core Competence Of Gansu Electric Power Investment Group Cooperation Ltd

As government-funded investing and financing platforms, the state-owned investment enterprises assume a significant historical mission during the process of comprehensively building modern society. The Third Plenary Session of the18th CPC Central Committee has made the policy of "making public resource allocation more market-oriented", which means that the policy advantages and resource allocation advantages of the state-owned investment enterprises will be gradually decreasing. Therefore, it is of great importance for the state-owned investment enterprises to promote the core competence and enhance the enterprise competitiveness.Focusing on the study on the strategies for promoting the core competence of Gansu Electric Power Investment Group Cooperation Ltd., this paper puts forward the characteristics and elements of the core competence of the state-owned investment enterprises, sets forth the understanding on it by deeply analyzing the concept, features, components, formation mechanism of the core competence as well as the characteristics of the state-owned investment enterprises. In the empirical analysis, by taking Gansu Electric Power Investment Group Cooperation Ltd. as example, this paper identifies and analyzes the core competence of the enterprise based on the analysis of the internal and external development environment, industry analysis as well as SWOT analysis, and proposes the strategies for promoting the core competence accordingly, and provides the implement approaches as well as the appraising and examining mechanism of the promotion strategies, so as to facilitate Gansu Electric Power Investment Group Cooperation Ltd. realizing the12th Five-Year Plan strategic development target of "111588" and the vision of being a domestic leading and provincial first-class investment holding group.
