| In today’s market competition intensifying, whether the company can cultivate a group ofexcellent professional employees tend to be affecting the success of an enterprise and the keyfactor for sustainable development. And in the enterprise employee engagement situation isworrying, for the lack of enterprise staff’s ideological and political education, not value anduncomprehensive.Therefore,That the factors affecting employee engagement and the studyattaches great importance to the staff of the ideological and political education is not only theneed of management practice, and the more and more popular topic what the academic circlestalk about in recent years,The first chapter in this paper analyzes the the definition of employee engagement andthe relationship with the ideological and political education and the influencing factors ofemployee engagement based on domestic and foreign research. And on this basis,the papersconcluded the definition of employee engagement and theory hypothesis about the factorsaffecting employee engagement.The second chapter made a semi-structured in-depth interviews based on thecharacteristics of different enterprises,different levels of the five managers,transcribedinterview dialogue and arranged interview data.With the first phase of the more case analysiswhich is named the internal case analysis, the author explain the influence factors ofemployee engagement the intrinsic quality and external contexts by using the method ofinterpretation, and according to its management experience the papers put forward toideological and political education path.Then the third chapter mainly more case analysis of the second phase named the crosscase analysis, by comparing five respondents interview data, sum up out the common factorsthat affect employee engagement and diversity, to verify the first chapter of the proposedtheory assumes that the factors affecting employee engagement. Finally it is concluded thatthe factors influencing employee engagement has a compensation package, career growthplatform and the leader personality and management style, enterprise culture atmosphere, thestaff’s own quality and personality, values and self expectation.The final chapter in view of the above literature research, deep interview survey method,case analysis conclude more employee engagement influence factors and the fourth chapter,from the perspective of ideological and political education put forward correspondingcountermeasures. In practice survey we found that due to the restriction of objective realityenvironment, businesses can’t continue to meet the requirements of employees in all aspects,make employee engagement affected by negative, In order to enterprise management practiceand enterprise ideological and political work to provide the reference. |
