Research On The Quality Of Ideological And Political Educators In Universities In The New Era

Ideological and political educators are the backbone in teaching,and shoulder the responsibility of cultivating talents for the motherland.It's an important factor which effects the main task of moral education whether we can achieve,and the effectiveness of ideological and political education.In recent years,with the great attention of the state and the efforts of themselves,the vast majority of ideological and political educators have good quality.Get into a new era,the qualities of ideological and political educator are faced many challenges.Aiming at the quality requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping,combined with the actual situation,this paper analyzes the problems,and studies the improvement of the quality of ideological and political educators in the new era,and puts forward pertinent countermeasures accordingly.Only in this way can we promote the quality of ideological and political educators,and then ensure the smooth realization of the task of strengthening morality.The main body of this thesis is divided into five parts to start discussion:In the first chapter,the author makes a brief introduction of the source,analyzes the current situation,provides the main content,and innovation,as well as the of the significance,which paves the way for the later research and the writing of the paper.The second chapter expounds the basic theory of the quality of ideological and political educators.This chapter is divided into three parts: the meaning of the quality of ideological and political educators,the main characteristics,and the important role of the quality of ideological and political educators.The quality of ideological and political educators is the core in this paper.It is the premise of this paper to accurately define its concept,grasp its characteristics and understand its function.Its implementation is the joint outcome of innate talent and acquired environment.The basic qualities formed through internalized and expressed outsides by behavior.Owing to its particularity,it is determined that ideological and political education has the characteristics of political,comprehensive,developmental and hierarchical,and accurately.Grasping its main characteristics is an important theoretical basis for this paper.To study the quality of ideological and political educator is the need to enhance the level of faculty,and heighten the actual effect.Therefore,it is the premise of the paper to understand the connotation,grasp its main characteristics and recognize the importance.The third chapter discusses the structure of the quality of ideological and political educators in college of the new era.This paper build on the perspective of the new era.Therefore,they should stand at a new starting point,based on the new era and combine with the new reality to constantly improve their own quality to meet the requirements.In addition to grasping the new requirements of the new era for the quality of ideological and political educators,we should also master the necessary quality.This is to meet the requirements of the development of the new era of ideological and political educators.The fourth chapter presents the problems confronted and the causes from the perspective of the new era.It's not been well adapted to the needs of the new era,the new situation and the new task.There are some problems,mainly manifested in the lack of firm political belief,the lack of solid foundation of Marxist theory,and the need to improve the comprehensive ability.The existence of any problem has its cause.The quality of ideological and political educators in universities has problems in the new era,which is closely related to social environment,training system and themselves.This paper deeply analyzes these problems and analyzes the causes of them,so as to provide the basis for putting forward the corresponding solutions.The fifth chapter discusses the main countermeasures to improve the quality of ideological and political educators in college.To suggest some solutions to such problems can we upgrade quality,this paper puts forward feasible countermeasures from four aspects:discipline construction,training system,party committee's ideological understanding and self-learning concept.It mains as follows: Party committees in college should improve their ideological understanding of the construction of the staff members of ideological and political education;constructing a perfect training system for ideological and political educators in colleges;strengthening the construction of Marxist theoretical discipline in an all-round way;and they should enhance the all-round way;and they should enhance the awareness of strengthening the self-construction.In short,the new era has new requirements.Considering the condition,this paper makes an analysis of the existing problems and provides some suggestions.Only in this way can we ensure the practical improvement of their quality and the smooth progress.
