With the development of market economy and the further deepening of enterprise reform in our country,the trend of market competition is becoming more and more intense,and the development of human resources to the survival of enterprises has received unprecedented attention.In a sense,the core of enterprise competition lies in the competition of outstanding talents.The demands of enterprises on employees are also getting higher and higher.The employees of enterprises are given more responsibilities and obligations,which adds psychological pressure to the employees in an invisible way,and at the same time,social development also provides more development for employees,and over time,The employee loyalty of the enterprise drops with it.The reduction of employee loyalty not only brings harm to employee's physical and mental health,but also brings about the same risk to employee's physical and mental health.At the same time,the employee's job satisfaction will be reduced,and therefore the work efficiency will be reduced,and these will ultimately affect the production efficiency of the enterprise.The decline of the enterprise's production efficiency will inevitably hinder the healthy development of the enterprise and the improvement of economic efficiency.This paper probes into the reasons of the decrease of employee loyalty from the angle of employee loyalty,and puts forward some effective countermeasures to enhance the employee loyalty.This article includes the following five parts:the first chapter is the introduction part,the second part is the summary,explores the theory related to the employee loyalty,elaborated the related concept of the employee loyalty,the theoretical foundation and the important significance of cultivating the enterprise employee loyalty in detail;The third part is the enterprise employee loyalty analysis,based on the results of the questionnaire,selected a private enterprise and a state-owned enterprise in Shaanxi as the research object,using field investigation.According to the current work situation and ideological state of the employees,the.paper expounds the concrete embodiment of the loyalty of the employees and puts forward the defects in the loyalty of the employees;the fourth parts of the employees' loyalty decline and the reasons of all aspects,select the social environment,the enterprise itself,and the employees in three angles.The fifth part puts forward suggestions for improving employee loyalty,based on the reasons for the reduction of employee loyalty,and makes suggestions on the field of Ideological and political education,and puts forward suggestions on the level of society,enterprises and individuals.The last chapter is a part of the summary of the research results,which is obtained through the previous analysis.The theoretical results summarize the theoretical results and illustrate the significance of the theoretical results.In short,by exploring an effective path of ideological and political education in the process of cultivating employee loyalty,enterprises can break through the cold system management,create a warm and harmonious working environment,and pay attention to the overall development of employees.In order to truly realize the loyalty of enterprise employees,and thus build a harmonious enterprise,harmonious society.
