Pharmaceutical distribution logistics system is the important section of pharmaceuticalvalue chain, connected pharmaceutical enterprises and all levels of retail terminals, realize thetransmit of pharmaceuticals and medical information, play a key role in the implementation ofthe overall efficiency of the pharmaceutical value chain. Therefore, the study how to analyzethe value characteristics of pharmaceutical distribution logistics system based on the valuechain, distinct the incremental links and devalued links among value chain, thus to optimizepharmaceutical distribution logistics system, to achieve the organic integration of the varioussubsystems, play a whole effect in reducing logistics costs of pharmaceutical circulation,accelerate the speed of drug distribution, improve operational efficiency, regulate thepharmaceutical distribution market, thus alleviating the phenomenon of drug prices. Thesemeasures have important theoretical and practical significance.By analyzing the existing hot social issues of pharmaceutical industry, this paper clearsthat one key issue to be addressed is the value analysis of related elements in thepharmaceutical distribution system, and as a basis to determine the value of a more efficientdistribution logistics system model and operational paradigm, as well as rationality andoptimization of transport paths of each node in the construction site analysis inpharmaceutical distribution logistics to meet the pharmaceutical companies to build newlogistics distribution system under the “e-commerce” environmental needs. As a researchobjective, this paper accesses to a large number of domestic and foreign literature and existingresearch results, makes a value analysis of elements from current distribution logistics systemand structural design of the reasonable operation of distribution logistics system based on theprinciples of value chain analysis and logistics system planning and design methods.Thestudy pointed out that a two-stage pharmaceutical distribution logistics system consisted ofprimary and secondary logistics distribution center is a more value-effective distributionmodel, through the application of modern logistics technology and management systems,normative constructed pharmaceutical distribution market, controlled operating costsreasonably controled terminal drug prices, improve medicines safety, and choose“Baumol-Wolfe” and Genetic Algorithm model to ananlyze factors affecting logistics demandresponse and cost, i.e. distribution center location and distribution centers path optimization,provided a model reference for the domestic pharmaceutical enterprises to solvepharmaceutical distribution logistics system optimization issues.
