Medical TPL can exert action in the basic fields of the medical circulation area. Its service range includes: offer transportation and storage service for some or all products of medical enterprises based on information exchange; provide value-added service, such as area distribution, gathering, signing agreement, etc. Logistics process management and supply chain design and optimization. Provide medical enterprises for comprehensive services, such as layout, implement and management their self-built regional logistics center, etc. To medical TPL enterprises of our country being in the ascendant at present, the research about the intension, function and key construction with logistics network planning, etc. of medical TPL enterprises is inadequate. For this reason, this text has studied the operation modes of medical TPL enterprises and logistics network planning.This text has summarized the current research situations of medical logistics, TPL and logistics network of our country. We have analyzed the medical trade demand for medical TPL of our country from angles such as medical manufacturing enterprise, medical wholesale enterprise, medical retailer and medical organization, etc. Based on analyzing its connotation and function, we probed into the operation modes of complete and partial socialization of medical TPL enterprises; analyzed the logistics service network structure form composed of logistics organization network, infrastructure network and information network organically. This text started with discerning competition advantage of medical TPL enterprises and stay on logistics distribution network design, carried on research to many kinds of methods of LC allocation especially, take Chongqing X enterprise as an example, adopt Ant Colony Optimization to logistics center allocation to embody application and science.
