With the continuous improvement of people’s living standard in our country, therestaurant industry shows vigorous development trend. The competition betweencatering enterprises are increasingly fierce. Enterprises want to survive in thecompetition and seek greater development, and site selection’s problem is critical. Fora catering enterprise, its business must master the eight elements,for examplelocation, price, environment, service, advertising, marketing, financial control. Here,put the location as the first element, visible location for catering enterprises is thebasic principals of success. Because the merits of the position selection will be in thefuture operation and development plays a decisive role and influence. Correct locationselection strategy is not only the prerequisite for business success, and cateringenterprises realize the management standardization, the precondition and foundationof simplification and specialization.Many enterprises realize the importance of location, but lack of certain scientificlocation method and the operation process. This article obtains from the businesscircle analysis, site selection for business circle should take account of thegeographical and market factors are analyzed in detail and deeply discussed in HaoJinfish head catering co.LTD. To the location of the catering enterprises as an exampleto study the method and implementation process. Catering enterprises provide certainreference in the previous location of the implementation of the operation.
