Research On The Governmental Management Of Shared Cycling Under The Background Of "Internet +"

The 19th NPC held smoothly and the general leadership represented by General Secretary Xi Jinping made a basic summary of the work of the past five years.With the joint leadership of the CPC and the common efforts of the people,our country has made remarkable achievements in various fields such as socialism in politics,economy,culture,military affairs,science and people’s livelihood.With the deepening of the reform and opening up,the open economy has reached a new level and the people’s livelihood has been continuously strengthened.The advent of the "Internet +"era has added new vitality to the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the people’s living convenience and happiness index have also been significantly improved.With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology,sharing economy has been at the cusp of a new era.With the help of big data of network platform and precise matching service on both ends of the demand,sharing a bicycle as a new thing came into being.From 2014,the first batch of shared bicycles was put into the Peking University campus ’to facilitate the travel of teachers and students and was universally welcomed.By 2016,bicycles will be put on the city to become the "last-mile" public transport and the bicycles have shared in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen and Hangzhou have aroused great repercussions and become a healthy and environmentally friendly mode of travel that people choose voluntarily.The number of brands and delivery vehicles sharing bicycles has also been on the rise.Sharing bicycles to bring new consumer experience at the same time,such as maintenance,parking,management,facilities,safety and other aspects of the gradual emergence of government management has proposed a new topic.Faced with this new thing about sharing bicycles,Premier Li Keqiang pointed out in an article that there must be a new concept that includes not only new concepts in technology but also new concepts in government management.We must constantly deepen the understanding of the new round of economic and technological Macro Thinking on the Development of Revolution and Productivity.Sharing bicycles is a new format created under the revolution of new technology and developing very fast.Therefore,the government departments in the management,but also actively study,take the initiative to contact,in-depth research.Based on the current government’s practice and performance review of the management of shared bicycles,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the government’s sharing of bicycle management.Based on the existing problems,this paper proposes a strategy of government governance to share bicycle chaos.The author hopes that through the research and promotion,The government has taken a systematic,regularization and legalized path to the management of the shared bicycle market,making newborn things an effective means of better serving the public,facilitating people and benefiting the people.
