Research On The Technology Standards Of Fruit Logistics Formulation

The purpose of this study is to further sort out the domestic and foreign status of the fruit logistics,and especially focus on the related link of technology and standards in the process of storage,preservation,transportation and distribution to provide some urg ently formulated or amended standards and provide reference for the related department. Besides,the thesis considers the needs of fruit logistics technical standards in China and innovates the existing technology,methods and experiences to put forward some advice about formulating new standards.The study finally provide a grape logistics tech nology standards draft based on the specific test.The thesis uses the theory and experiment, macro and micro, comparative analysis and deductive and inductive methods to describe the needs of our country’s fruit logisti cs technology standards and provides some amendments for the typical fruit logistics. In this research,firstly it summarizes the domestic and foreign status of the fruit logistic s technology standards and analyses the management mechanism of the domestic and fo reign status of the fruit logistics technology standards to provide some implications.And then it obtains five standard needs in fruit packaging, gent,storage temperature,transportation technology and quality control of information b y analysis the characteristics of fruit logistics new technology.This paper analyses of the problems existing in the process of Chinese standards formulation and provides the key point, and then on the basis of objective criteria and principles establishes five fruits logistics technology new standard advice, formulate a new standards of grape logistics. Through the experiment of grape quality change under the conditions of different logistics, indicates that which is the biggest factor affecting the quality change, and the optimal efficacy of grape logistics cycle time.The main innovation of this paper is research methods, not only summarizing the relevant information, but also obtaining real data experiments. In terms of content, National standard library can provide the latest technology to maintain fruit quality standards and it helps formulating a new standard different from the past.
