Nowadays, the economics of China has got a big progress. It’s a good opportunity for all the companies in China. However, chance goes with the challenge, the market is a highly competitive state nowadays.For the companies, the most voluble resource is human. The management’s most important part is to control the human resource. How to attract more talents, how to keep them working longer in the company and how to make them feel good here are the key problems that the company has to focus on. Only the company which done well in the human resource management can keep the talents staying.But, the human resource management in Chinese enterprises is not good enough, and this makes the staff skip from job to job. I think, the inadequate incentive mechanism is one of the most important reasons.Especially for the global economic integration, the talent crisis is all around. So, how to make our talent motivation works better is quite meaningful for the development of the company.The article is based on this problem, consider about the situation of the AL company, to make a design of the talent motivation system for it.The article contains five chapters:the first part introduced the selection background, target, significance, researching method and summarization of key contents; The second part focused on the analysis of the incentive mechanism, which includes interpretation on inventiveness and the mechanism and the researching results of relative theories; The third part designed a mechanism for the AL company, including the main form, principle and significance; The fourth is analysis of the mechanism’s present situation; The final chapter is the most important part of this article, which states the present situation and built of AL’s incentive mechanism, and how to formulate effective mechanism that can make a company develops steady and fast.
