| Effective innovation management can improve an enterprise's innovative activities. Based on the quality evaluation, training and motivation of innovative talents, this paper is written how to strengthen an enterprise's innovation management and elevate an enterprise's competition.After outlining innovation and innovation management, this paper analyzes the definition, characteristics, types and quality elements of innovative talents, describes the degree of relative importance of each element. By using the Analytic Hierarchy Process, the paper constructs the evaluation system of innovative talents.Based on the analysis of the intellectual and non-intellectual factors hindering people from acquiring innovative competence , the paper discusses the way of how to strengthen the training of these qualities.To motivate innovative talents, the paper suggests multiple ladders promotion system and stock option and employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) .At last, the paper briefly analyzes the status of the quality evaluation, training and motivation of innovative talents of China Yituo Corporation Limited (Yituo Group), and makes a few suggestions. |
