In the next two years, the company will launch15new models,3new factories, these internal and external factors for the FAW-Volkswagen to continuously improve product quality, innovation qualitymanagement mode.The assembly shop is the last working procedure of vehicles before leavingfactory, is delivered to the user’s hands before the inspection of the quality of thefinal hurdle. How to ensure the vehicle repair quality, reduce working hours and therepairing cost, how to improve a qualified rate, reduce the failure rate of a thousandcars, improve customer satisfaction, customer service and eliminate the usercomplaints, has always been a central part of quality management, is also the focus.In this paper, from the actual situation of the FAW-populace qualitymanagement of production and quality management, according to the characteristicsof Audi assembly workshop, to study on the problem and Countermeasure of massproduction stage, and to provide targeted solutions. First, in-depth study of the status quo of Audi assembly workshop production quality management problems, cardingprocess and optimize the results, summarize the production situation andmanagement experience.
