The Research On Optimization On Domestic Parts Logistics System In FAW-VW Company

With China's sustained rapid economic development, domestic consumers'demand for the automotive market continues to expand. The rapid growth of the market led the constant competition in various automotive manufacturers. In such fierce competition, to reduce costs, increase productivity, improve profitability has become a top priority for the auto manufacturers. Today, with the raw material costs, labor costs prices rising, all enterprises are exploring the use of advanced management systems and processes on all aspects of manufacturing control and optimization.This paper illuminate the necessity of implementation of the logistic systemization and process management in the large-scale automobile production enterprises, through the research on FAW-Volkswagen logistic system, and the comprehensive introduction of its logistic system development, composition, function and the application.China's rapid economic development and gross domestic product (GDP)'s stable development play a positive role in the sustainable development of the automobile industry. The boom of the economy also led an active flow of materials and human activity, the city's traffic condition improvement and people's material needs led a linear upward trend in volume growth of the automotives. Then, as an important production process, how can logistic to link with the times and keep up the pace of the advance the enterprises.Hereby, this paper proposed FAW-Volkswagen to reform the existing logistic model in order to adapt to the survive and adjustment strategy, viz. adopting the new logistic system of Volkswagen Konzern Group. Through describing the implementation of the new logistic program in Chengdu Branch of FAW-Volkswagen, this paper illustrate the purpose and significance of logistic solution by way of contrast. And based on the working experience, summarize the problems and solutions during the implementation of new programs.
