With modern chemical industry, agriculture and the rapid progress of science and technology, as an element in the Earth’s crust after oxygen and silicon, Aluminum has been widely used in various fields. Since its founding, along with the industrialization process of China aluminum industry has gone through a development path for more than60years. Because of its special properties, aluminum plays a very crucial role in the boom of China’s three major aerospace, architectural, automotive industries.Along with the concept of sustainable development proposed, at the same time of aluminum industry in the rapid development, environmental loads resulting from its production process has also attracted people’s attention. Whether due to bauxite mining, destruction of vegetation, soils, alumina production caused by a large number of industrial wastes, electrolytic aluminum production of electricity consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, resistance from the development of the aluminum industry. Our Government in the "Twelve-Five" is definitely proposes to set up a green development plan for building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society. Indeed, economic development, resource saving, environmental protection, China’s aluminum production enterprises have been gradually realized that shoulder social responsibilities, continue to development and improvement of aluminum production technology, to strengthen management and improve efficiency in order to reduce the negative environmental impacts of aluminum production.For studying China’s aluminum production environments load problems, firstly using the theory of life cycle inventory analysis method for reference on China’s aluminum production processes on the environment load index of static analysis, to sort the production environments load clearly all links of energy conservation and emission reduction potential and direction for future improvement. Then this paper to study the environmental Kuznets curve of China’s aluminum production, analyses their compliance with economic development in the theory of environmental pollution level first increased and then decreased down u-shape, and explain the reasons. Finally, using the grey forecasting method of grey theory and environmental load index of aluminum production in China for the next decade of predictive analytics, study on Chinese aluminum industry under current conditions of production environments load aluminum industry can meet the future requirements. Based on production environments load static analysis, dynamic analysis and predictive analytics to identify China’s aluminum production at the behest of laying equal stress on development and environmental protection problems and future direction.
