Regional Strategic Research Based On Strategy Management

The perspective of strategic management of regional development research is an art of human and development space optimization. In recent years, there are an increasing number of theoretical studies on regional economic development and regional development strategy. Case, which applied to a small range of specific regions, has been rarely studied.This thesis is based on current national strategic regional planning and strategic management theory. Firstly, based on review of related theories and literature, makes it easier to lay a foundation for the following. First, the main part of the paper qualitative analyzes the internal and external factors, which might affect the development of regional strategies. With the use of the EFE matrix, IFE matrix and analytical hierarchy process for quantitative analysis, we can safely summarize the key internal and external factors affecting the development of China’s regional strategy.In the end of the thesis, based on a case, it can easily make recommendations and conclusions of feasibility, which provide a better reference for the regional strategic management.
