ERP Based Power Source Products Research And Production Project Management

This paper discusses management.methods for Shanghai Space Power Research Institute’s high-tech power source product research and production project management.First, it briefly introduces this paper’s background and basic theory of project management, enterprise ERP management. Then, based on the hi-tech strategic development demand of Shanghai Space Power Research Institute, it analyzes some key contradictions needed to be solved in product research and management level. Based on ERP resource management theory, it builds a multi-layer structure power product research&production management scenario, particularly analyzes each layer’s management feature, target, strategy and feasibility. It also discusses main management methods of key product research project management and derived power source product research and production management layer. The main tools are ERP plan management and resource management technology, and some methods built by the technology, such as:plan resolving method, resource demand algorithm, production ability analysis algorithm, inventory management method and cost control method, etc. In the end, from the view of data integration, and based on the information support platform built by the above management methods, the paper discusses this ERP based power source management software design and implementation and the software platform’s main function features. This supportive system plays the role of one guarantee to the high technical power source product research and development.
