Performance management is a major independent module in the theory of modern human resource management, and it has been seen as the core part in human resource management. In the era of knowledge economy, the survival and development of enterprises rely on talents. Maximize the potential of talents and improve their quality can enhance enterprises’strength, allowing them to remain invincible in the fierce market competition. Through performance plans, performance implementation, performance evaluation and performance feedback, performance management is able to find the problems in enterprise management, inadequate of staff capacity and solves them.In this paper, the way of writing is case study. This paper takes DF’s performance management as a research sample, uses the idea of "ask questions-analysis problems-solve problems" to analysis DF’s performance management problems. Specifically, the paper contains the four parts below. The first part is an introduction to the background, significance, research content and research methods most of this paper. The second part is basic information of DF company and three typical cases in DF’s performance management system. The third part includes the basic theory of performance management, problems in DF’s performance management and causes of these problems. The fourth part bases on problems in DF’s performance management, combines the basic theory and offers recommendations.
