SME is the largest and most creative group in China. It plays an irreplaceable role increating GDP, increasing export, promoting employment and driving technologyprogress. But there is an obstacle in its talent introduction because of the businessscale and funding constraints. As we know, talent is now the most competitiveresource in society. If SME cannot improve its current situation of recruitment, it willbe very hard for it to survive.Based on the characteristics of SME and recruitment, this thesis takes Corporation Aas an example to do some research on its human resource condition. According to this,four problems are found in Corporation A’s recruitment—lack of planning,unreasonable channel selection, non-professioal interviewers and picking onpersonnel selection. Then this thesis provides the countermeasures, that is—makinghuman resource plannings, chosing effective channel, improving interviewers’professional qualities and chosing the suitable personnel. And it supplies some help inother SME’s recruitment.This thesis includes five chapters. Chapter one is an introduction of the backgroundand content of this research. Chapter two is the literature review which summarizedthe theories of SME and recruitment. Chapter three analyzes Corporation A’s humanresource condition and its problems on recruitment. Chapter four supplies thecountermeasures of chapter three. Chapter five is the conclusion of the research.Andthe cheerful prospct about SME’s recruitment is also discussed.
