For most enterprises, how to attract and retain the core talents, to cultivate the loyalty to the enterprise, to encourage them to innovate and strive, and to grow together with the enterprise has become a big challenge. Especially for knowledge intensive industry, such as banks, Talent is one of the most fundamental and most important competitive advantages. But on the other hand, The brain drain has now become an important problem besetting many banks, Especially for the state-controlled joint-stock commercial banks, which has caused serious negative influence to the long-term development of state-controlled joint-stock commercial banks. There is no exception to Zhengzhou branch of C bank either.If Zhengzhou branch of C Bank want to keep the dominant position in C bank internal and zhengzhou area’s other banks, it has to solve the problem of brain drain in crunch time. In this case, the author has had a clearer understanding of the development of Zhengzhou branch and the current situation of human resources management (mainly the present personnel structure and the problem of brain drain) through consulting a large number of the Zhengzhou branch’s relevant information, especially through interviewing with relevant leaders and staffs who have left from Zhengzhou branch. Finally, the author come s to conclusion that the reasons for brain drain are industry environment、enterprise and the employees themselves. And the enterprise is the main reason, such as the unreasonable salary distribution system; the imperfect employing mechanism; the lack of scientific training system; the lack of good corporate culture and paying no attention to occupation career management of employees etc.These problems have brought serious negative influence on the development of Zhengzhou branch, including direct effects and indirect effects. Direct effects refers to the cost loss, decline in the performance of work, and the Indirect effects include damage to the loss of intangible assets and corporate image. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward that if Zhengzhou branch of C bank want to effectively solve the problem of brain drain, it must do the following five aspects. Such as constructing a scientific, reasonable salary system; constantly improving the employing mechanism; perfecting employee training system; creating a good corporate culture, and paying more attention to employee occupation career management.We should to realize that It is a systematic project to make the employees loyalty and to prevent the brain drain that Zhengzhou branch of C bank must make long-term unremitting efforts.
