ABSTRACT:At present the non-equilibrium of urbanization in China is expanding. Finance is driving force that promotes urbanization, so the non-equilibrium of finance has important influence on the non-equilibrium of urbanization. With the rapid growth of wealth, the phenomenon that the financial resources concentrate to the developed areas is very outstanding, and the imbalance distribution of cities and financial resources is prominent. This thesis will study how finance influences the non-equilibrium of urbanization; what the contribution degrees of financial factors to regional differences of urbanization are; and how to adjust the regional differences of urbanization.Firstly, this thesis made descriptive analysis about the regional differences of financial development and the urbanization, then made qualitative analysis about the dynamic change of differences between1991-2013, with the help of Theil index. Secondly, based on related classical theories, the thesis analyzed the pathway and the channels that financial support urbanization. Then in the empirical study, by means ofShapley Value Analysis, this thesis solved the contribution of financial factors and related factors to regional differences of urbanization. In the end, based on the empirical results, this thesis put forward the enlightenment of the research. The main research conclusions are:①The non-equilibrium of financial development and non-equilibrium of urbanization are space-time corresponding;②The financial system influences urbanization through three aspects:the basic function of financial resource, financial industry agglomeration effect, financial support policy. And the financial industry agglomeration effects the urbanization agglomerations from higher levels;③This thesis calculates the relative ranking of financial factors that contribute to the regional differences of urbanization:the support of national macro credit policy is the primary and overall factor; the contribution of the financial agglomeration, in the second place, is rising in recent years, showing that the effect of financial agglomeration on regional difference of urbanization is more and more big; The stock of regional credit is the basic source of funds for urbanization construction, whose non-equilibrium is one of the original driving forces of regional disparity of urbanization; the effect caused by the differences of local financial policies on the regional difference of urbanization is not obvious.
