Exploration And Practice Of Financial Support For Regional Economy

In the effective implementation of the "Twelfth-Five-Year-Plan", the focus of a new round ofwestern development is gradually transferred to pay equal attention to infrastructure and characteristicindustry development from the infrastructure investment, which indicates that the western regions hasstepped into a crucial period of economic development, structural adjustment, urban and rural construction,reform promotion and improvement of the livelihood of the people of, but also the special period ofeconomic transition and social transformation. For a long time, acceleration the economy in China isalways synchronization with financial development, and the imbalance of economic development indifferent areas also reflects in the difference of in market allocation of financial resources, financial activityand financial support, which we can say that financial development and economic development hasmaintained a close positive correlation and finance plays a very important role in promoting thedevelopment of regional economy.In our country, because of geographical environment, quality of the labor force, natural resources,industrial base as well as the gradual reform process, the differences in regional economic development areformed, which are reflected in the level of urbanization from the regional comprehensive developmentview and reflected in the poverty degree from the angle of the quality of the residents. Under the guidanceof development theory, regional economic and financial theory, research on the relationship betweenfinancial support and economic development in the region as the background, by using the methods ofcomparative analysis and case studies, analysis on the financial support for regional economicdevelopment respectively from the urbanization and poverty alleviation in two key areas as Hanzhong forexample, this paper interprets he problems and constraints in financial support of urbanization and povertyalleviation and puts forward the suggestions of increase in the amount, optimizing structure, innovationsystem, environment improvementThe paper includes six parts.
