Management Game is a global-participative business-simulation training course for MBA students on the platform of internet technology and computer. With the participation of several universities all over the world, this course creates a stimulated global multilateral marketing competition environment. The whole competition environment includes several stimulated worlds, and normally every world contains five companies. Every multinational company produces and sells two kinds of products. TIMELESS International Wrist Watch Co., Ltd. is created by five MBA students of2010session studied in Business Administration College of Northeast University, in order to participate in the business-stimulation course of MG. To be CEO of TIMELESS Company, the author is mainly in charge of the formulation, implementation and adjustment of the company development strategy.Based on the business simulation of TIMELESS company in MG environment from2013-2015, in view of strategic management theoretical knowledge, this thesis mainly expatiates the development strategy formulation and implementation of TIMELES company in MG environment from2013-2015. The thesis includes six main parts. Firstly, it briefly introduces the background, purpose and meaning, as well as the research process and primary converage of the thesis. Secondly, it summarizes the stragetic management theoretical knowledge, including the connotation and esstence of stragetic management, the administrative level of stragetic management (company level, business level, and fuction level), and the process of stragetic management (strategic analysis, strategic choice, and strategic implementation). Thirdly, the thesis analyses the internal environment, external environment, including macro-environment anslysis, industrial environment analysis (Professor Porter’s five forces model), organaziton structure analysis, enterprise culture analysis, as well as resources and capabilities analysis, and results in the SWOT matrix. Fourthly, it summarizes the strategic target, development strategy choice and competition strategy choice of TIMELESS Company from2013to2015. Fively, it explains the formulation of the strategy plan, mesarues of adoption, and development strategy implementation results of TIMELESS Company from2013to2015in the course of the actual business-stimulation. Among these, it emphasizes the strategy implementation, including sales revenue and net profit, market competition evironment, productivity and yield, inventory, products quality, research and development and production etc. Sixly, in introduces the experience and inspiration of participating the MG, and the suggestions and prospects for MG.
