Management Game (abbreviation MG) is a global business simulation project. Management Game was initiated by Carnegie Mellon University. Base on an interactive simulation platform, the project provides a simulative global wrist-watch market for the participants. The participants develop and implement the business strategy, marketing strategy, production strategy and financial strategy of the company in MG simulation. In2012, there are four worlds in the simulation, which are composed of five companies as competitors respectively.The participants are from different countries. They run international wrist-watch company, which are located in two different countries for two independent products respectively. One product is price sensitive; one is premium and quality sensitive. There are six markets available for two products, which are Japan, China, Mexico, Germany, UK and US. TIMELESS Co., Ltd is the fifth company in world two. The author, CMO of TIMELESS Co., Ltd, is responsible for marketing and sales of Time Soul brand.The paper demonstrates the marketing and sale of Time Soul brand, based on the three-year business results from2013to2015. The paper develops and implements the marketing strategy by analyzing the macro-environment, history data, and competitor’s decision and marketing activities. Based on the marketing strategy theory, the author makes a conclusion on the business result and also discusses the problems which should be underlined during strategy management and marketing strategy development for real company. By participating MG project, the theory can be utilized; the ability in terms of judgment, analysis, strategy utility, function management and team work is improved. The participant can also take this opportunity to show his ability I different aspects.
