Based on the related theory of marketing, in order to S enterprise R prescription drug marketing practical as the background, First of all the R prescription drugs external environment to carry on the analysis:National economic development during "twelfth five-year" period, medicine industry change trend and R prescription drug competition; Secondly to S enterprise R prescription drugs internal marketing present situation analysis, analyzes the R prescription drugs in the marketing management problems, and in view of the above questions reason of analytic. Then the R prescription drugs for the SWOT analysis, and further put forward the R prescription drug marketing target and marketing strategy, and through the R prescription drug market segmentation and target market selection and repositioning, design the R prescription drug product, price, channel, promotion, marketing combination strategy mode change, and puts forward some suggestions on the implementation of marketing strategy, i.e., the change of marketing concept, marketing institution adjustment, terminal hospital quantity and sales target and process management, market risk management and marketing team management and incentive to guarantee the implementation of marketing strategy. This article conclusion is during "twelfth five-year" period, the new medical reform environment, S enterprise R prescription drugs should take advantage of an opportunity and carry on the specific professional academic promotion, focusing on the motive force for the patients and health system creation value, satisfying the medical insurance, hospital/doctor and patient three party needs.
