| The mail goal of project management is whether a project can be completed in the scheduled time. This paper will introduce the project management theory from another perspective, to achieve the demands of promoting the progress of high-strength automotive steel, which are in Shougang Group’s "twelfth five-year plans", The marketing of Shougang car high-strength steel will be studied as a periodic project. There are more uncertainty factors in marketing projects. Compared with the previous engineering project, more processes are involved and more complex details are paid consideration. In order to coordinate the research, this paper analyzes the project’s actual needs, and divided the project to four parts:the quality management system, selecting of high-end customers groups, the research of products and technology, and the security and services system with user, with a view to integrated the project scheduling and control theory, in order to guide the planning of the project The automotive sheet with high strength is the top grade product of all kinds of steel, has been widely applied in high-end/middle-end car enterprises. Due to the rigorous and precise requirements of the production control from the high-end auto companies, there are high Quality Requirements in certification threshold, products’ cost performance, System guarantee ability and other aspects for steel mills to meet. The paper will start from the Project Schedule requirements, by using the theory of project planning and controlling to break down the Promote tasks in each stage, write the detailed collaborative relationships and project’s critical path and optimize the existing pricing, R&D and customer service processes. At the meantime, the project team collaboration and risk control are analyzed and studied corresponding. It is hoped relying on the support of a complete theoretical system, the project will advance in the right, fast forward direction, and ultimately strive to achieve group goals----"complete the promotion of car high strength steel within four years". |
