With economic globalization becoming a global tendency, the scale and the speed of chinese bridge construction are being fixed eyes on by people all over the world. However crashing blindly and pursuing construction progress unilaterally which are caused by unscientific scheduling and controling have made not only much regret and poor quality but also huge waste in resources and funds. These problems have catched people's eye, and besides, the government's. It is important and significant to do research on project scheduling management.Firstly this thesis introduced the general situation of the development of domestic and international project scheduling management. Secondly it introduced the theories, techniques, tools, methods and steps used at the scheduling management of Wuhan Tianhe Airport Viaduct Project, according five process below: activity definition, activity order, activity duration forecasting, make a project scheduling and project scheduling control. Lastly it introduced time optimization, time-resource optimization, time-cost optimization, Critical Chain Scheduling-network scheduling optimization of this project. This thesis established simple effective mathematic model of working procedure duration forecasting, using that people without abundant experience can make working procedure duration forecasting matching actual time better. According the thought of Critical Chain Scheduling, aiming at the shortage of traditionary network scheduling, it gave a better solution than Critical Chain Scheduling,which was integrated a new technique- Critical Chain Scheduling-network scheduling optimization. This thesis also used tools such as Ms Project, visio, EVM and progress forward line etc for scheduling management, as a result, time was saved, so did labor, and dynamic programming, scientific management and decision came to true.
