Procurement has become one of the very important parts, in the strategic management of enterprise operation and development. For the processing and manufacturing enterprises, sales revenue of55%65%is used for purchasing material cost. So the key to enterprise survival and development is control product purchasing cost. With the increasing competition in the market for vehicle, compression of auto parts enterprises profit space gradually. Automobile industry is very high to the requirement of project management and quality. Auto parts industry is a typical manufacturing enterprise, so from a project development stage, enterprises need to should have a high efficiency low cost of the supply chain system to do guarantee.Based on the background of multinational auto parts company is A company, A company of electric vehicle charging gun new product development project as the research object, analyzes A company’s existing purchasing management problems in new product development project. Existing project management organizational structure, project members expertise on purchasing management, the influence of the current supplier selection and management issues, supplier participate in the problem of time point, mould investment issues, the lack of logistics management. Put forward the corresponding improvement solutions, including:for each of the supplier management, need to continue to improve the supplier management, will suppliers to participate in new product development early, optimize inventory management and logistics management, optimize the inventory turnover to the largest extent. In this paper, using the tools of profit and loss analysis, solve the problems of the charging gun mold investment.
