Along with society’s development, people more and more widespread realize the importance of talented person. How to evaluate the job performance of this vital resource so that we can effectively inspire the staff to bring greater benefits for the enterprise, which has become one of the hottest issues about contemporary enterprise management. At the same time, with the intensification towards socio-economic, cluster development, group enterprises become the products to adapt to this trend. Group headquarters as the company’s control center and think tank centre, how can we reflect the headquarters staff performance more objectively and comprehensively and encourage group enterprises develop better and faster. This shall be an important topic.Firstly, this paper analysis the current research home and abroad, define the main content and structure, study the development, modes and trend of the international enterprises. Then it gives a general enterprise introduction and staff performance appraisal programmer of Xingjian Construction Group Company, analyzing the current problems and causes.On this basis, it raises the planning theory and ideas for its staff performance appraisal programmer, build the mode and systems of strengthening staff performance appraisal programmer in different angles. Besides, it also gives guarantee measures and implementation suggestions for the operation of its new staff performance appraisal programmer.Proceed from actual conditions, this thesis puts the performance appraisal theories into practical work in order to find the methods of improve management level. I hope that Xingjian Construction Group Company and similar companies in our country can get some enlightenment and reference from this paper.
