The Research On Commune Members’ Income That Effected By Red Dates Professional Cooperatives In Zepu County

In the process of promoting urbanization, accelerating the development of rural economy, increasingfarmers’ income, enhancing the efficiency of agriculture and resolving Three Rural Issues practically arethe urgent affairs. The core of Three Rural Issues is the issue of farmers and the core of farmers issue is toenhance farmers’ income. Farmers’ professional cooperative act as a co-operative economic organization, alot of scholars’ research achievements both at home and abroad show that the development of farmers’professional cooperative has an positive effect on enhancing commune members’ income. But whetherfarmers’ professional cooperative has the same effect on commune members’ income in Zepu Countywhich located in remote westward of our country, both the economic development level and the policyenvironment are different from those developed area; The high development pace of farmers’ professionalcooperative in other region has come up with some deficiencies which restrict enhancing communemembers’ income, whether the development of red dates farmers’ professional cooperative in Zepu Countywould come up with the similar problems; In recent years, the development of red dates industry is not veryideal. Under this background, red dates, the primary local industrial crop, combine with farmers’professional cooperative, how does it affect commune members’ income; Based on these three doubts, thewriter did this research.This article summarized research achievements of scholars both at home and abroad, take the datawhich is got by questionnaire as the foundation, and did such research: firstly, describe research area,research object and general situation of sample point; secondly, use the data to analyze three different reddates farmers’ professional cooperatives that effect commune members’ income from five different aspectswhich are income from wage and salary, income from household business operation, income from property,transfer income and family’s per capital net income. And then summarize the influence factors of red datesfarmers’ professional cooperatives which restrict enhancing commune members’ income; thirdly, come intothree conclusions: the first one is all the red dates farmers’ professional cooperatives have enhancedcommune members’ income; the second one is that different red dates farmers’ professional cooperativeshave different influence on commune members’ income; the third one is that the red dates farmers’professional cooperatives have some influence factors which would restrict enhancing commune members’income. The existing of these factors put off the development of cooperatives, which go against enhancingcommune members’ income level further; fourthly, the author puts forward suggestions to optimize theconstruction of red dates professional cooperatives and promote commune members’ income level furtherfrom the aspects of completing management of cooperatives, improving service quality; adjusting interestallocation mechanism, prefect interior running gears; standard management of red dates professionalcooperatives, implement all preferential policies of the state; reinforce training to commune members,boosting the combination of school and red dates professional cooperatives.
