As is known to all, China is a traditional agricultural country and three rural issues havealways been throughout our country economic policy. If we want to build our country into astrong and powerful industrialized country, we must properly solve the problem of"agriculture, rural areas and farmers". Along with the constant deepening of reform andopening up and the further development of market economy in our country, pure sense ofself-reliance type of farm households has not existed in our country’s rural area. But theeconomic relationships based on family units still seize a dominant position, especiallyafter China embraces WTO and domestic market continuously opens, the phenomenon isprominent that farmers rely on small-scale production to participate in the open market. Thiskind of asymmetry between "small-scale production and big market" makes the traditionalfarmers in our country are more difficult to adapt to the development of the modern marketrequirements, also hard to become a strong competitor involved in the foreign market basedon large-scale agricultural production mode, and more hard to deal with the rapid change ofprice and risk in agricultural products market. In order to overcome the above difficulties, improve China’s farmers’ competitiveness in the agricultural product market and increasefarmers’ income, farmers’ professional cooperatives arise at the historic moment. Farmers’professional cooperatives solve the limitations such as single production factor which exist intraditional family contract responsibility system. It is significant of farmers’ professionalcooperatives to improve farmers’ organization degree, competitiveness in the efficient market, farmers’ income and living standards. This paper researches the influence degree of farmers’ professional cooperatives tofamers’ income, through the relevant data of farmers’ professional cooperatives, theinvestigation of farmers and the farmers’ professional cooperatives in the Guanzhong regionof Shaanxi province, and the comparison between the farmers who have attended farmers’professional cooperatives and who have not. It concluded that the farmers involved in thefarmers’ professional cooperatives have higher income than that not. Then, by buildingregression model, we conclude that participating in farmers’ professional cooperatives has significant effects on peasant household income, and can increase farmers’ income and furtherby way of building a logistic regression model of factors affecting farmers to participate in thefarmers’ professional cooperatives analysis. On this basis, this paper draw lessons of theadvanced experience of management and operation from developed country agriculturalfarmers’ cooperative organizations and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions topromote healthy development of farmers’ professional cooperatives, aiming at solvingproblems of the farmers’ professional cooperatives in our country. The first chapter is introduction, mainly introduced topic background, the purpose andsignificance, research thinking, methods and possible innovation. This part also sum up andsort out the literature about the development of famers’ professional cooperatives at home andabroad. The second chapter mainly defined the connotation and concept of famers’ income andfarmer cooperative organization, and introduced its existing types and development. Throughthe above analysis and the comparison between the famers attended farmers’ professionalcooperatives and not, this part discusses the effect of farmers’ professional cooperatives tofarmers’ income by qualitative analysis. The fourth chapter is mainly to empirically analyze the impact of the Guanzhong areafarmers’ professional cooperatives to farmers’ income. By building the regression model, thispart selects relevant variables that may influence farmers’ income to test the variables’significance. In the end, this part studies the influence of the farmers’ professionalcooperatives to farmers’ income by quantitative research. The fifth chapter mainly summarizes and analyzes the farmer cooperative organization inforeign developed famer cooperation organizations. Relative to the development of farmerprofessional cooperatives in our country, studying the mode of farmer cooperativeorganization, management system, and government’s measures to farmer cooperativeorganizations of the United States and Japan puts forward the corresponding policyrecommendations. The sixth chapter is mainly to summarize the research conclusions and put forward countermeasures and suggestions according to the development of farmers’ professionalcooperatives in China in order to make our country’s farmers’ professional cooperatives to abetter direction.
