With the novel coronavirus pneumonia factory novel coronavirus pneumonia,the SUV factory in Shanghai has been temporarily unable to supply parts on time.The risk of automobile supply chain disruption has been caused by the production of new crown pneumonia,which is unable to supply parts in time.The networks of the automobile supply chains are rather complex,which relate to many upstream and downstream enterprises.The risk of any connection may lead to the cracking of the chain and bring losses to enterprises.Therefore,through the risk characteristics of the automobile production chain,and analyze the results,and then make effective risk management measures,so as to ensure the smooth operation of the automobile production supply chain.Taking a automobile company as an example,this paper studies the optimization of automobile supply chain risk management of a automobile company from four aspects: logistics risk,supplier risk,customer demand risk and cooperative relationship risk;Using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method,this paper evaluates the supply chain risk of an automobile company.It is found that the greatest impact on the supply chain logistics risk of a automobile company is logistics risk and supplier risk,followed by demand risk and cooperative relationship risk.From the specific indicators of each risk level,the greatest impact is the risk of distribution delay,followed by raw material supply and product quality,supplier management and operation.On the whole,the supply chain risk of a automobile company is in a controllable state,and the probability of high risk or high risk is not high;However,the low and medium risks in the supply chain still need to be paid attention to,especially the logistics risk and supplier risk.According to the above evaluation results,this paper proposes to establish a scientific logistics transportation process management system,standardize the communication and cooperation with external logistics parties,and clarify the logistics transportation standards and loss treatment regulations;optimize the inventory management mode,improve the supplier evaluation system,establish the supplier incentive mechanism,and establish the supplier cultivation and multi supplier mechanism;Reasonably allocate the production capacity of the supply chain,Always keep an eye on customer development direction and customer needs,and actively take loss avoidance measures;by adjusting the basis of supply chain cooperation,improve the efficiency of information transmission,and formulate supply chain risk control measures such as purchaser’s competition response plan.
