The Research Of The Construction And The Implementation Of The Internal Control System Based On The Risk Control In GN Company

This paper aims to research the construction and improvement of the internalcontrol system in the listed company. It combines the theories with practices, theresearch is following the ideas of raise the questions, analyze the problems and takethe solutions.First, the paper analyzes the researching status of the intern control systems bothbetween the domestic and abroad listed companies, proposes the general problem inthe listed companies; then, it takes the explorations and explanations about thetheories of the intern control and the risk management and control, tries to seek thetheories of the problem-solving. After that, we takes the FC II power generationcompany which belongs to the GN Ltd. as an example, analyze the status and therisks of the intern control construction in the company, combine the theories, andpropose the solution of the problems, then we build an intern control evaluationsystem of the company, adjust the solution continuously; finally, the paper expandsthe experiences in building the intern control system of the GN Ltd., proposes someeffectively methods of the construction of the intern control system for the similarlisted companies.
